Netflix's THE WITCHER Casts Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia

Netflix have announced they have found their Geralt in Henry Cavill, most known for playing Superman in Warner Bros. most recent DC Comics epics and, most recently, that dude that destroys bathrooms in Mission: Impossible - Fallout! The 8 episode series will be directed by Alik Sakharov, Charlotte Brändström and Alex Garcia Lopez, alongside Showrunner/EP Lauren Schmidt Hissrich (Marvel’s Daredevil, Marvel’s The Defenders, Umbrella Academy).
