This oversized figure is available for preorder only, and exclusively at select partner retailers, including iconic toy retailer FAO Schwarz. Super Shogun TRANSFORMERS Optimus Prime retails for $350 (including shipping), and is available for preorder, launching Friday, Feb 21, available through Mar 31.

Toy Fair 2019: Hasbro Reveals Transformers Ghostbusters Ecto 1

Autobots, Decepticons and ghosts?! Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ:HAS) and Sony Pictures Consumer Products today revealed the first-ever TRANSFORMERS-Ghostbusters Collaborative figure, the ECTO-1 ECTOTRON, available at GameStop summer of 2019 and for pre-order starting February 15 at HasbroPulse.com, GameStop and EB Games Canada. This year marks the 35th anniversary of both the TRANSFORMERS brand & the original Ghostbusters film.

Fathom Events Bringing Transformers The Animated Movie Back to Theaters

Fans of the TRANSFORMERS will get a rare opportunity to see the world-renowned 1986 TRANSFORMERS animated feature film when THE TRANSFORMERS: THE MOVIE returns to U.S. movie theaters for a special one-night event, on Thursday, September 27, in a special presentation from Fathom Events, Hasbro Studios, and Shout! Factory.

THE TRANSFORMERS: THE MOVIE has been meticulously remastered, restored from the original film elements, and transferred in HD.  This special one-night event will catapult audiences into the super-charged, action-packed TRANSFORMERS universe, and enables lifelong fans to relive the excitement and awe of this 1986 animated feature. Transformers Original Television Series Score on Collector’s Edition Vinyl March 9

Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS), Enjoy The Ride Records and Sony Music/Legacy Recordings announced today the release of Hasbro Studios Presents '80s TV Classics: Music from The Transformers on vinyl in three different color variants, available at select retailers Friday, March 9.  This is the first official release of the score in any format and includes the iconic opening theme song and more than 45 minutes of unreleased music by composers Robert J. Walsh, Johnny Douglas, Anne Bryant and Ford Kinder.  The album features music from seasons 1-3 of “The Transformers” animated series which debuted in 1984.

Toy Fair 2017: Hasbro's Top Secret Transformers: The Last Knight Toy Lineup

We are so heavy into Toy Fair 2017, with news coming from multiple continents to the point where I'm starting to not even question where it's coming from. If it's fun, we are going to run it and then move onto the next thing because THERE ARE 500 NEXT THINGS!! Today we got a bit of news that, while not groundbreaking, is still fun, and all about giant frakking robots.

Those that follow Hollywood film projects know that it's not unusual for a production company to give a project a code name as to mask their filming info from prying eyes..and cameras. In recent years, this practice has been creeping every so slightly into the toy world...and today, it seems to be out in full force. We've got a small pile of Transformers: The Last Knight movie toy listings, complete with TOP SEKRET CODE NAMES!!! Intrigue. While it won't help you to begin your drooling over the movie toys, it may give you an idea of how broke you'll be, should they ultimately not be trash. (please don't be trash)

IDW's REVOLUTION Crossover Event Sees Hasbro Icons Clash

IDW Publishing has unveiled its most ambitious comic book publishing venture in its history revolving around its fan-favorite titles based on Hasbro properties.

Toy Fair 2016: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Transform and Roll Out

We had some oddball cartoons on TV when we were kids. One particular cartoon featured a kid who could turn into a car when he got hot and bothered. ...It was a weird time. The fact that humanoid lifeforms transforming into inanimate object is border-line disturbing has never stopped toy makers from using this gimmick for popular characters from comic books, cartoons and movies. Some are instantly forgotten...and some become legend (i'm looking at you Punisher who's crotch is a gun). Just last year, Playmates released a wave of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles who transformed into their signature weapons! This year, they went a bit further...

NYCC 2015: Big Kev's Geek Stuff Announce Show Exclusives

Big Kev's Geek Stuff is a podcast that's been around for as long as I can remember.
