Marvel Universe 2010 Series 4 Update?

Back in February, we reported from the Hasbro US Toy Fair collector briefing that series 4 would include...

To me, this looks like the previous wave 4 and new wave 5 which will ship back to back...which makes sense since there's been a bit of downtime on the line and Hasbro will want to get a move on. Our source has both waves dropping in June, but a quick glance over at Big Bad Toy Store shows these new figures slated for July (and indeed listed as wave 5).
