To sum up, you are looking at a fairly amazing set of toys that probably cost the company waaaaay too much to develop, just to get everything absolutely right. This psychotic attention to detail and quality show instantly in the box art, and again when you see the figure with all his accessories lines up... and again when you hold a figure in your hands for the first time. For a life long fan, this is the sort of toy you can't imagine could be real until you stumble across it in a store and then obsess over it until it is yours. Here's the catch. If you buy these guys thinking they are going to perform like a 6 inch, super posable action figure, you are in for heart ache. This is a larger scale collectible, not unlike the quarter scale Neca offerings, with weight issues and sculpt standing in the way of full movement. You get super tight joints and a really sturdy feeling form at the center of a true work of art that will hold accessories and strike a badass pose or 3 and that's about your lot. Trust me when I say they will be massively impressive on any shelf, amid any collection, even if you leave them, untouched, in their original boxes. In short, BUY before it's too late and the prices climb on the secondary market well out of your reach. You can thank me shortly after!
Thanks to Mondo for sending over our new turtle bros!
