Toy Fair delivered thrilling news for wrestling fans and figure collectors as Major Collect combines hard-hitting action with nostalgia, unveiling a powerhouse lineup of new releases across their Major Stars, Major Bendies, and Big Rubber Guys lines.
Major Stars: Fully Articulated Action Figures Arrive
The biggest reveal came with Major Stars, the company’s newest line of wrestling action figures featuring articulated heads, arms, and waists. Series One kicks off with two variants of wrestling toy moguls Matt Cardona and Brian Myers, alongside all-time greats Macho Man Randy Savage and the always-unpredictable Danhausen.
Series Two is already shaping up to be just as exciting, featuring former Impact Wrestling’s Jordynne Grace, ECW legend Sabu, and WWE Hall of Famers Sgt. Slaughter and Hacksaw Jim Duggan (not pictured at the event). To complement the line, a Major Stars wrestling ring will soon be available, perfect for displaying these highly detailed figures.
Major Bendies: Classic Wrestling Flexes Back
Major Collect continues its homage to the beloved 1990s Just Toys bendable wrestling figures with the latest additions to its Major Bendies line. Making their debut are the Hardy Boyz—Matt and Jeff—sporting their classic plaid outfits from their early WWE(F) days, giving fans a nostalgic blast from their Attitude Era roots.
Big Rubber Guys: 80s Dream Matches Come to Life
For fans of the LJN-era figures, Big Rubber Guys expands with even more wrestling icons who never received their due in rubber form. Making their debut:
Hawk and Animal of the Road Warriors (in their Legion of Doom attire), complete with their spiked red-and-black shoulder pads.
Referee Earl Hebner in his signature blue officiating shirt.
The enigmatic Danhausen, continuing his growing presence in the toy world.
Missy Hyatt, posed similarly to the LJN version of the first lady of wrestling - Miss Elizabeth, featuring a microphone and removable skirt.
The legendary tag team The Brain Busters—Tully Blanchard and The Enforcer Arn Anderson—bringing old-school intensity to the lineup.
A long-overdue tribute to “The Model” Rick Martel, complete with his signature removable scarf and “Arrogance” atomizer spray can.
Looking ahead, Series 13 will launch this fall, featuring The Islanders (Tama and Haku), the bruising Bruiser Brody, and the legendary Kerry Von Erich from one of wrestling’s most storied families.
Major Collect Expands Into Pop Culture Icons
Beyond wrestling, Major Collect is continuing its foray into the entertainment world. Following the success of their Jay and Silent Bob bendy figures, the company is introducing Big Rubber Guy versions of cinematic action heroes. First up, John Rambo, complete with his signature knife, machine gun, and ammunition belt. Also set for release later this year are two versions of Jean-Claude Van Damme from Kickboxer—one in his classic look and another battle-worn, featuring bloodied details.
Lastly, wrestling fans and movie buffs alike will be thrilled to hear that the Major Stars line is adding Jake and Elwood, better known as The Blues Brothers, inspired by the classic Saturday Night Live skit and film.
With a stacked lineup of new figures covering wrestling, film, and pop culture, Major Collect continues to bring fan-favorite characters to life in the most nostalgic ways possible. Stay tuned for more updates as these figures hit the ring and store shelves!
