Cringe At The Human Centipede (First Sequence) Trailer

I've shown a lot of people a lot of movies that made them question if they'd really seen that at a later date, since the visuals were so insane and we were so, so drunk. THIS movie, however, seems to be reaching for the stars. I can't conceive anything sicker than the premise for this film, but I'm sure some young genius will come along one day and create a movie that will make us projectile vomit uncontrollably from the first scene on.
