Bad Robot's "Stranger"

Firmly cemented in both Star Trek and (soon enough) Star Wars universes, J.J. Abrams and his Bad Robot gang of geeky, teasing interweb thugs taunt the dorkiverse with a cryptic, moody, super artsy teaser trailer for something dubbed "Stranger". WHO IS HEEEE???!! Is he a hero for the oncoming, newly born Star Wars sagas? Is he A VULCAN??!! He's totally a Vulcan. I could see the ear points. Or a Klingon. Klingons and Vulcans are almost the same thing anyway. All we know for sure is this guy is unhappy with water and has pesky ropes he can't remove from his wrists...and his best bud is a dude with his mouth sewn up. MAYBE IT'S A FEEL GOOD SITCOM??!! Soggy Guy and The Silence!! Lovin it. Hit the jump for the video teaser...

The Muppets Most Wanted Teaser Trailer

THE MUPPETS ARE COMING!!! What I would like to see is a Walking Dead-esque TV commercial with humans hiding behind boarded up windows and Fozzie Bear yelling bad jokes to them through the slats and begging to come in and perform for them. Instant viral hit.

Disney’s “Muppets Most Wanted” takes the entire Muppets gang on a global tour, selling out grand theaters in some of Europe’s most exciting destinations, including Berlin, Madrid and London. But mayhem follows the Muppets overseas, as they find themselves unwittingly entangled in an international crime caper headed by Constantine—the World’s Number One Criminal and a dead ringer for Kermit—and his dastardly sidekick Dominic, aka Number Two, portrayed by Ricky Gervais. The film stars Tina Fey as Nadya, a feisty prison guard, and Ty Burrell as Interpol agent Jean Pierre Napoleon. Hit the jump for the vid!
