Over 200 artists worked tirelessly to create the surreal style of 1968’s The Beatles: Yellow Submarine feature-length musical fantasy motion-picture. No physical models of the Yellow Submarine were ever created for the production. To celebrate the 55th anniversary of the film, as well as the beloved Beatles song on which it's based, Factory Entertainment wanted to honor this psychedelic icon by realizing it as a real-world, studio scale model.

Toy Fair 2019: Fisher-Price Little People Add WWE and The Beatles
There are some toy lines where you just expect you are going to see more of the same from year to year....but this year....things are a little crazy. Mattel's Fisher-Price Little People have entertained Disney princesses and their buddies, and even raced through the streets of Gotham with Batman and friends, but beyond that, what we'd expect were happy, chubby little people in a happy, cookie cutter little town. Welp, this year, the design crew had some fresh, radical ideas. Prepare your minds for unacceptable levels of adorable...

Toy Fair 2014: Titan Merchandise Doctor Who, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, The Beatles & More
In the states, Funko have mastered the "down sizing" of popular, pop culture characters into ridiculously adorable Pop! Vinyl figures...that sometimes have bobble heads. In the UK, Titan Merchandise is doing some chibi-ing...some super deforming...some smushing down of features themselves! The line, simply called Titans (which is all sorts of ironic seeing as how they are 3 inch figures..oh those Brits..) and currently includes a horde of tiny Doctor Who characters, but will soon be joined by Battlestar Galactica, The Beatles Yellow Submarine, Alien (!!!), Alien vs Predator and Buffy the Vampire Slayer characters.
