Black Adam Trailer #2!

Black Adam Trailer 2 Stills
From New Line Cinema, Dwayne Johnson stars in the action adventure “Black Adam.” The first-ever feature film to explore the story of the DC Super Hero comes to the big screen under the direction of Jaume Collet-Serra (“Jungle Cruise”).

In ancient Kahndaq, Teth Adam was bestowed the almighty powers of the gods. After using these powers for vengeance, he was imprisoned, becoming Black Adam. Nearly 5,000 years have passed and Black Adam has gone from man, to myth, to legend. Now released, his unique form of justice, born out of rage, is challenged by modern day heroes who form the Justice Society: Hawkman, Dr. Fate, Atom Smasher and Cyclone.

The First Hercules Teaser Trailer

Ignore the vintage 80's title font. Ignore the silly shout at the end of the trailer. Ignore how odd The Rock looks with a beard. Just be happy there are actually MONSTERS in this particular Hercules film, unlike the last one, which looked like a young adult romance mixed with Gladiator. Of course, I'm not speaking from experience, not being a fan of YA films (ignore my forced Twilight reviews) and NOT having seen the previous film. Just making that clear. That is blind dislike, and I own it. For this particular Paramount picture, I have medium sized hopes. I do enjoy watching The Rock thump things...and I do enjoy monsters..but I also have flashbacks of the vacuous "Clash of the Titans" remake and the film marker's disdain for the cinematic magic that came before (ie; my Harryhausen youth) ..so I am hesitant. Cautious...and hesitant.

G.I.Joe: Retaliation Trailer #2

Time for another dose of potential awesome with super soldiers of a more traditional sort...if you think men and women with killer high tech gear, weapons and armament is traditional! Sadly, this trailer is NOT the reveal for Shipwreck and his snarky parrot companion. I hold out hope.

In this sequel, the G.I. Joes are not only fighting their mortal enemy Cobra; they are forced to contend with threats from within the government that jeopardize their very existence. The film stars D.J. Cotrona, Byung-hun Lee, Adrianne Palicki, Ray Park, Jonathan Pryce, Ray Stevenson, Channing Tatum with Bruce Willis and Dwayne Johnson. Directed by Jon M. Chu, and produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Brian Goldner, from a screenplay by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick based on Hasbro's G.I. Joe® characters.
