Constantine Arrives on 4K Blu-ray and Digital February 18, 2025

Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the fan-favorite superhero thriller Constantine, the 2005 film will be available for purchase Digitally in 4K Ultra HD and on 4K UHD Blu-ray Disc on February 18. Featuring an all-star cast led by Keanu Reeves, the film marks the directorial debut of Francis Lawrence.  The newly remastered film will also include new bonus content featuring Keanu Reeves and Francis Lawrence reflecting on the making of the film 20 years later.

Constantine will be available to purchase on Ultra HD Blu-ray Disc online and in-store at major retailers and available for purchase Digitally from Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV, Google Play, Fandango at Home and more.

Constantine: City of Demons Movie Coming 10/9/18

SDCC 2014: NBC's Lineup with Constantine, Bates Motel, Hannibal, Grimm & More

NBC and Universal Television have announced their plans for the upcoming Comic-Con International gathering in San Diego, which runs from July 24-27.

The network will present panels for returning series “The Blacklist” and “Hannibal” while Universal Television will host panels for NBC’s “Grimm,” its A&E series “Bates Motel” as well as a new untitled series coming to Adult Swim that stars Triumph the Insult Comic Dog and “30 Rock” alumnus Jack McBrayer. Also, Warner Bros. Television will present multiple screenings and a panel for new NBC Friday night series “Constantine.”

SDCC 2014: WBTV/DC Entertainment Saturday Night with Gotham, Flash, Constantine & More

Get ready for a spectacular Saturday night at San Diego Comic-Con 2014, courtesy of Warner Bros. Television (WBTV) and DC Entertainment (DCE). For the first time ever at SDCC, WBTV and DCE will present a three-hour special event on Saturday night, July 26, in HALL H, designed specifically for DC Comics fans and featuring some of DC Comics’ greatest characters. Kicking off the exclusive evening is the world premiere public screening of the highly anticipated new drama series Gotham (the only screening of Gotham at this year’s Comic-Con), followed by a screening of the complete pilot of new action-drama The Flash, and exclusive video presentations from returning hit Arrow and new thriller Constantine. Cast members and producers from all four shows will make special appearances throughout the night.

First Impressions: Mixed feelings. It's clear they borrowed a lot from the movie a lot of you would like to forget, in order to incorporate an American character. Getting past all that, this TV Constantine might just have the charisma to pull it off! You'll also note that it looks like they put a significant amount of cash and talent behind making the project look fantastic...which will go a long way toward locking people in from day 1. Very wise move. Of course, if they don't go full on bastard with the character, they've missed why Hellblazer was published for so long in the first place...and if the success of the Guardians of the Galaxy trailer has taught us anything, it's the time of the Ahole! Bring John Constantine to TV in all his punk rock, gritty, shit-eating grin wearing glory and you'll have a hit on your hands. Fail to pull the trigger and you'll just have a poor substitute for Supernatural....which is still going strong. Hit the jump for the trailer...

First Official Image Revealed of Matt Ryan as John Constantine

As production begins on the new pilot CONSTANTINE — from executive producers Daniel Cerone and David S. Goyer and director Neil Marshall — NBC, Warner Bros. Television and DC Entertainment are today releasing the first official image of series star Matt Ryan in character as John Constantine.

“I’ve been a fan of John Constantine since he was first introduced in 1985. This Constantine, envisioned by Neil Marshall and embodied by Matt Ryan, looks like he sprang directly from the comics’ covers. Fans old and new are going to be in for a treat,” said executive producer David S. Goyer.

CONSTANTINE follows enigmatic and irreverent Liverpool con-man-turned-occult-detective John Constantine, who is reluctantly thrust into the role of defending our world against dark forces from beyond.
