Troma's annual film festival lands September 6th through the 8th at the Lucky 13 Saloon (644 Sackett Street, Brooklyn) for a weekend of DIY filmmaking that breaks all the rules with 50 film screenings from across the globe. Entry is FREE for ALL..and it certainly will be a free for all (thus the protective gear.)
The schedule, which contains wonderful
independent films from countries all over the world, includes a
work-in-progress screening of Lloyd Kaufman's latest film "Return
to Nuke 'Em High: Volume One," the New Jersey premiere
of James Nguyen's highly anticipated "Birdemic 2: The
Resurrection," and "Evocateur: The Morton
Downey Jr. Movie," featuring the world-famous footage
of Lloyd Kaufman being assaulted on television! However, don't
take the Selection Committee's word for it, have a look at the
