This deluxe, hardcover book measures approx. 9.9" wide by 12.75" tall (similar to our already released "The First 10 Years" book). It contains over 400 pages with story and images. This book is NOT a focus on the toys the way that our previous book was - this is a full novel of the story of Mythic Legions combined with wonderful paintings from Nate Baertsch and Tom Tolman, illustrations by David Williams, and photography from Trevor Williams / One:Six Shooter. Our goal with this volume was to tell the narrative story of the Realm of Mythoss while also creating a stunning book of visual art and images!

As we creep into the spookiest month of the year and watch all the horrors streaming and movie theaters have to offer, those of us addicted to plastics take special notice of the more fiendish creations carved out by our toy sisters and brothers. One such toy line always serving up monsters large and small is the Four Horsemen's Mythic Legions, and among them are the rattling bones of skeleton warriors! Recently, 4H devoted nearly an entire wave to those fantastic, skinless troopers, including one called Maxillius the Harvester; as close as we come to an action figure of death, complete with a massive scythe and hourglass to assure you...you're time is running out. 

Four Horsemen Figura Obscura: GANESHA

The latest entry into the halls of the Figura Obscura is one of the most recognizable deities in the Hindu pantheon – the elephant-headed Ganesha!

Ganesha is a brand-new “brute scale” figure from the bottom of his feet to the top of his removable crown (he stands approx 9.25" tall to that crown). He features the elephant head and 4 arms that this deity is most known for, along with premium soft goods created by the CJesim team, a number of removable bracelets and other jewelry pieces, and character specific accessories including a bowl of modaka, a parashu (axe), a pasha, bowls of fruit, and a rat. While Ganesha only includes the single head, the crown is removable and that head features articulated ears and 2 trunks – one which is pre-posed and the other which is a “bendy” trunk. He also includes a number of extra hands and a base for the figure to sit on. The set is absolutely loaded with parts that were newly created for this special release!

Legions Con 2024: Four Horsemen Drop The Bomb... THE GREEN DRAGON!!

We've been harassing them. It's been...consistent. They show us an awesome troll and we go HOW BOUT A DRAGON? Cyclops warrior. dragon? A whole wave of skeleton warriors... DRAGON PLEASE! Welp, here's you're damn dragon, you ungrateful children!! heh..I'm kidding. I've bugged every company that came CLOSE to doing medieval figures for a massive dragon. Ask Todd McFarlane. He'll tell you. I'm annoying. And now, the Four Horsemen will be the first company to even attempt it. 

Toy Fair 2022: Four Horsemen's Mythic Legions March On

Since this year's Toy Fair 2022 coverage has been scooped up from points all over the planet, it's only fitting that we caught up with The Four Horsemen at Zolocon in Buck's County, PA, taking place in a decommissioned naval testing facility called "The Fuge"! Nestled up against that very centrifuge at the heart of this mamoth facility, the mighty mighty 4H dished out their highly sought after Mythic Legions action figures to a rabid crowd of fans who qued up the second the doors opened. After grabbing a ghostly soldier that glows in the dark and a skeleton warrior for my own plastic legions at home, I was introduced to the newest monsters and medieval men who are sure to have collectors working their fingers together in a Mr.Burns-like fashion. 

Four Horsemen Add New Warriors to the Mythic Legions Ranks

Counted among the best toy makers in the United States, any even slightly-seasoned collector has heard of the Four Horsemen.
