Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment calls on The Powerpuff Girls to save the day -- this time in the LEGO Dimensions multiverse!
The latest LEGO Dimensions trailer introduces the crime-stopping trio, Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, as they lend their dynamic powers to the game in LEGO form for the upcoming Team and Fun Packs. With these new packs, players will be able to build the sugar-coated, Chemical X superheroes and launch them into the LEGO Dimensions Multiverse to save the day. In the game, players can fly around and use ultra-super powers to fight crime and battle the forces of evil, visit the exclusive Adventure World to unlock iconic locations like Pokey Oaks elementary, Rainbow Land, and Professor Utonium’s lab, and also go head-to-head in the Battle Arena for endless fun!

Doctor Who, Portal 2, Simpsons & More Coming to Lego Dimensions

By Ryan Acheson

It seems like only yesterday we introduced LEGO Dimensions! It’s essentially the LEGO Company and Warner Brothers Interactive’s take on the whole Skylanders / Disney Infinity game and toy concept, coming to all the major consoles late this Summer. One of the things that seems to set Lego Dimensions apart is that instead of using what amounts to little plastic statues, it uses actual Lego minifigures and mini builds that you can take off their stands and take apart and rebuild any way you want. Even though that won’t affect how the characters and vehicles and items show up in game, in my eyes that adds a bit more value to the shelf loads of ‘stuff’ this game is going to be cluttering up your toy and video game stores with in the near future.
