First Look at LEGO NINJAGO: Strike of the Serpentine Graphic Novel

Today Skybound and Image Comics, in partnership with global children’s book publisher AMEET, revealed an exciting first look at LEGO® NINJAGO®: STRIKE OF THE SERPENTINE. The new graphic novel from rising stars Cameron Chittock (Mapmakers, TMNT x Stranger Things) and Will Morris (Gospel) hits comic book shops on February 4, 2026.

New and longtime fans of the LEGO NINJAGO saga can expect to uncover the secret history of the fan-favorite Spinjitzu brothers with familiar faces and shocking first appearances in this new collaboration between the LEGO Group and Skybound.

Toy Fair 2025: LEGO on Bluey!

The LEGO Group and BBC Studios have announced a new partnership merging the globally adored world of Bluey with the fun and creative possibilities of the LEGO® universe for the first time ever.

The partnership introduces an exciting collaboration with six new LEGO Bluey sets to appear in 2025 across the LEGO 4+ and LEGO DUPLO themes, inspired by the animated TV series Bluey. Bluey follows a loveable, inexhaustible, Blue Heeler dog, who lives with her Mum, Dad and her little sister, Bingo. Bluey uses her limitless energy to play games that unfold in unpredictable and hilarious ways, bringing her family and the whole neighborhood into her world of fun.

Toy Fair 2025: The LEGO Group and Van Gogh Museum Unveil Sunflowers LEGO Set

Today, the LEGO Group unveils the LEGO Art Vincent van Gogh - Sunflowers set. Created in close collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, the brick-built painting captures the iconic brushstrokes of Van Gogh’s masterpiece.

The 2615-piece set enables fans to immerse themselves in Van Gogh’s art and to learn more about the inspiration behind one of his most beloved paintings: Sunflowers (1889). The set has been carefully designed to create a 3-D brick version focusing on the three radiant shades of yellow and Van Gogh’s famous use of light and shade. The set features the 16 sunflowers of the painting with adjustable petals, a removable frame, a tile with Van Gogh’s signature and a hanger element to display.

The LEGO Group and Disney Unleash new Hocus Pocus Set

Today, the LEGO Group and Disney unleashed magical mayhem with the new Disney Hocus Pocus: The Sanderson Sisters Cottage set! 

Based on the iconic cottage from the 1993 hit blockbuster, the bewitching story has come back to life once more, revealing all the magical events that happened in the Sanderson home, now in brick form. It's been more than 30 astonishing years since the original Hocus Pocus film premiered, and last year saw the much-anticipated sequel Hocus Pocus 2, expanding the story of these iconic characters.  Fans can now build and display their own piece of Hocus Pocus history.

Toy Fair 2020: Hidden Side Haunted Fairground by LEGO wins UK Editor’s Choice Award

Hidden Side Haunted Fairground by LEGO® has been crowned the overall winner of the Editor’s Choice Awards at Toy Fair 2020, with the Geomag Green Range– 100% Recycled Plastic in second place and Heroes of Goo Jit Zu Marvel Super Heroes by Character Options in third.

The prestigious annual awards, organised by the British Toy and Hobby Association, is voted on by media in attendance at Toy Fair this week at Olympia, London.

The event saw more than 260 exhibiting companies launch thousands of new toys, all aiming to make an impact in the sector during the year ahead.

Toy Fair 2020: UK Toy Fair’s Hero Toys List Announced

The British Toy and Hobby Association today announced the Toy Fair’s Hero Toys for 2020, with Character Options, LEGO, and Spin Master amongst the winners. The Toy Fair’s Hero Toys list consists of 25 products launched at Toy Fair, which opened today at Olympia, London. They have been judged by an independent panel of retailers, and the BTHA itself, to be the most exciting and creative toys unveiled at the event.

All are due to be released over the next 12 months and between them they cover a wide variety of price points, age ranges and play patterns. From gooey superheroes to a flossing sloth, the list covers everything from major licenses to eco-friendly plush toys.

LEGO Steamboat Willie Set Reveal

Disney Mickey Mouse fans will love this LEGO® Ideas 21317 Steamboat Willie building toy marking the 90th anniversary of the most famous cartoon character ever. Mickey Mouse made his screen debut in a 1928 black-and-white animated short film called ‘Steamboat Willie’, which was also the first Disney film to have synchronized sound. This LEGO brick version of the S.S. Willie features steam pipes that move up and down and paddle wheels that rotate when the boat is pushed along. TTPM Holiday Showcase 2018: Aquaman Movie Toys from LEGO & Mattel

You want to know how long it will be til the Aquaman movie comes out? Ask my Mom. She's counting down the days! We are still a couple of months out from DC Comic's Atlantean King hitting the big screens in all his glorious Momoa-ness, but the toy lines have already begun to hit retail. You can currently find Mattel's DC Multiverse 6 inch action figures hanging in Walmart and Target and soon enough, the main figure line for kids and adults alike will follow, bringing shark rides and soldiers, female warriors and creatures with it. AND ALL THE AMAZING IMAGINEXT!! We got a quick but very up close look at some of this merch from Mattel as well as LEGO, so let's dive right in...

Sweet Suite 2018: LEGO Harry Potter Mini Figures, Sets and BrickHeadz

I LIVE!! Trampled by sugar crazed blogger children, smacked in the head with swag bags and pummeled relentlessly by New York's Summer heat, I returned home late last night, able to shout I SURVIVED ANOTHER SWEET SUITE!! With an oceanfront view, Idle Hands spent the day getting on our knees to shoot all the little plastic people, and then comically trying to get back up again so YOU, the ones we love, can see all the toys coming to stores this August and on into the Holiday Season. LEGO Summer 2018 Unikitty Sets

We had a nice, lengthy visit with LEGO involving tiny pizzas, tiny burgers, tiny tacos, tiny cupcakes and...umm..regular size beers! Among the Star Wars, Incredibles 2 and Harry Potter sets on display was a tightly packed section just for our favorite hyper active LEGO cartoon star, UNIKITTY!! We photographed 6 sets and one collectible, blind-bag figure series, so strap on your kittycorn horn and start saving your toy moneys...

BEA 2018: New LEGO Gear from Santoki

BEA (Book Expo) drops on us once a year and when it hits New York, you'd better believe we hop a train to shoot all the geekiness contained within. This year's layout was way smaller than we remember, so we took the opportunity to scan every aisle for the most awesome offerings from our favorite publishers and around each corner, there were unexpected surprises! One such smile-inducing discovery was Santoki. We are familiar with this crew mainly from our yearly UK Toy Fair coverage, so they were instantly recognized when we spotted their signature minifigure LED flashlights. Since we couldn't nail down what had been out for ages, was just releasing or had never been seen before, we shot the lot. Let's take a look at everything they had to offer...

LEGO's Summer 2018 Harry Potter Lineup

Back into coverage from the show that proved I could still do 100 squats (whilst taking photos on the floor because we must) and only needed 3 days recovery to stop walking funny. ACCOMPLISHMENT!!! Our Summer 2018 LEGO release preview continues with Harry Potter sets that will make you cheer if you've been wanting those past sets that are a bit pricey now...or cry if you are the folks who have been sitting on those sets for future investment. This year's releases include the previously revealed Great Hall alongside a Quidditch Match, Howgarts Express and the Whomping Willow from the original series, and Grindelwald's Escape from the Fantastic Beasts movie series...

LEGO Premieres New Star Wars Sets with a Sandcrawler, Snoke's Throne Room & More

When LEGO calls, you pack your gear and head in their direction! When last we met with our brick building friends, it was to check out their new Roller Coaster set at the TTPM Spring event. Now we get a peek at a number of new sets hitting this Summer. Why? Just because they love us I suppose. We returned that love with around 600 pictures and a stack of videos, so sit back and enjoy as we roll them out over the next week.

We'll begin our LEGO bonanza with Star Wars! Solo sets have just hit retail, and now fans can look forward to a mix of classic vehicle designs, a prequel favorite and a pivotal Last Jedi moment. Let's take a look at what's on tap...

In slightly over 2 MONTHS, we'll be sitting in theaters across the globe, jaws agape at the spectacle of an endless stream of Marvel Cinematic Universe heroes battling it out against the mad titan Thanos and his children for the very fate of humankind. You see, Thanos is in love with Death...and I don't mean that figuratively. He's in love with the entity we call Death, and will go to great extremes to win her favor, so grinding a little blue planet under his boot heel would not take a second thought. With a full array of Infinity Gems affixed to a gauntlet, allowing him to wield all of their unmeasurable power at once, our planet and all of it's appointed heroes may not stand a chance. But this is the Marvel Universe...so there is always hope.

Today we will take a look at the incredible array of merchandise coming for Avengers: Infinity War (now available for order at Entertainment Earth!), which have been slipping out of those boxes street dated for March 3rd. LET'S JUMP RIGHT IN!!
