On the eve of New York Comic Con, Paramount unleashes a clip from their new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated short, set to roll before the latest Spongebob Squarepants movie! So what's on deck for our mean green mutated teens? Here's the synopsis:

 When a mysterious toy company seeks to profit off the turtles’ new hero status, the brothers follow the clues to New Jersey and make a shocking discovery in this all new original short.

"THE KRABBY PATTY KOLLAB” Begins October 8th

Nickelodeon and Paramount are continuing to celebrate the landmark 25th anniversary of SpongeBob SquarePants with “The Krabby Patty Kollab,” a program that will bring food items inspired by the iconic Krabby Patty into the real world and onto menus for the first time ever. Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 8, select restaurants, chefs and celebrities, will use their culinary talents to give fans the opportunity to sample a variety of interpretations, including dumplings, falafel, burgers, doughnuts, ice cream and more--all inspired by the most sought-after secret recipe in Bikini Bottom.  

NYCC 2024: Nickelodeon Celebrates 25 Years of Spongebob Squarepants

Nickelodeon continues to celebrate the landmark 25th anniversary of SpongeBob SquarePants with an immersive experience at its booth that pays homage to the iconic first episode of the world’s most famous yellow sea sponge at New York Comic Con 2024. During the four-day convention, Nick’s booth on the convention center floor (#1523) will re-create and transport fans into the “Help Wanted” pilot episode with 3D-animation, augmented reality (AR) and replicas of SpongeBob’s pineapple home and The Krusty Krab.

Patrick Star of Spongebob Squarepants Gets His 1st Ever Video Game

Outright Games, the leading publisher of family-friendly interactive entertainment, under license from Paramount Game Studios, have officially revealed first details of their upcoming video game, The Patrick Star Game, starring SpongeBob SquarePants' best friend, Patrick Star. Developed by PHL Collective,  and announced at the August 2024 Nintendo Direct, this single-player, sandbox game is set in the iconic world of Nickelodeon's SpongeBob SquarePants and lets fans play as everyone's favorite pink sea star, Patrick, in his first-ever starring adventure. The Patrick Star Game will be released on 4th October 2024 and will be available to play on PlayStation 4®, PlayStation 5®, Nintendo Switch™, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. 

CIRCUS CIRCUS Announces New Interactive Spongebob Squarepants Dark Ride

Circus Circus Las Vegas,  a family favorite resort, today announced that a new SpongeBob SquarePants Dark Ride will be added to the property and operational this winter. Created by Sally Dark Rides and inspired by the hit Nickelodeon animated series, the new $6 million amusement ride named ‘SpongeBob’s Crazy Carnival Ride’ will be a hilariously entertaining, interactive attraction sending guests through seafloor scenes brought to life through vibrant sets, special effects, animatronics, and vivid integrated projections, fully submersing riders in the nautical nonsense of SpongeBob SquarePants.

GameMill Entertainment Introduces Nickelodeon Kart Racers

GameMill Entertainment today announced Nickelodeon Kart Racers, a new multi-player console racing game that features iconic Nickelodeon animated characters from SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Rugrats, Hey Arnold! and more, as they race on 24 different Slime-themed tracks.  Nickelodeon Kart Racers allows players to compete as their favorite Nick character in four-player local multiplayer or battle mode to win cups and Kart upgrades.  The brand new game is rated E for Everyone and will be available on all major consoles worldwide for holiday 2018.

Spongebob Squarepants Halloween Stop-Motion Special: The Legend of Boo-kini Bottom!

Nickelodeon will take viewers on a spooky Halloween adventure throughout Bikini Bottom with the brand-new, stop-motion special, SpongeBob SquarePants: The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom.  In the visual style of classic stop-motion animation TV specials, The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom tells the story of the Flying Dutchman (Brian Doyle Murray) who wants to make sure everyone in town is scared, especially SpongeBob, who thinks scary things are funny.  The special will premiere in October 2017 on Nickelodeon.

It’s a bird, it’s a plane—but wait—it’s a train? It’s Thomas the Tank Engine as Superman!

Fisher-Price is expanding its highly successful Thomas & Friends MINIS with the addition of all-new mash-up MINIS.  Following the tremendous success of its partnership with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, on behalf of DC Entertainment, to offer DC Super Friends MINIS featuring Thomas as Superman, and his other engine friends as Robin, The Flash, and Cyborg, among others, Fisher Price is set to debut more than 35 new DC Super Friends mash-up MINIS inspired by the world’s greatest Super Heroes.

NYCC 2014: MEGA Bloks Get Despicable Me 2

This would be one of those times when I'm going...mayyyybe this is news...and mayyyybe this isn't..but it's surely the first time I've heard of it so chances are, a lot of you didn't know either. Alongside Spongebob Squarepants sets that have been out for months and HALO stuffs that COULD be new but hell, it all looks the same to me, were some brilliant Despicable Me 2 construction sets from our buds at MEGA. How cool are they? One of the sets had the whole desk on fire scene. You could practically hear the beedo's coming from the lil guy's mouth. Adorkable. Check it out...

Toy Fair 2012 : Mezco Toys

We gave you a taste of Mezco's 2012 lineup in our Batman: The Dark Knight Rises rundown and a heaping dose of creepy in our Living Dead Dolls preview...and now...here's all the rest!! Dig it...

Shall we take this alphabetically?

Cinema of Fear Creepy Cuddlers : The Plush Doll Lineup includes Freddy, Jason, Billy the SAW puppet and Chucky! We'll also see Mini Plush Clip-Ons with the same four creepers.

DC Universe Mez-itz : Well it's mostly Mini Mez-itz for the time being..or so it seems. We've seen the 2 packs before with Batman & Joker, Superman & Darkseid, Catwoman & Wonder Woman, Batman Beyond & Cyborg, The Flash & Captain Cold and Dr. Fate & The Demon Etrigan. Keychains are also on the way with The Joker, Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman joining the Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises crews. Speaking of Batman, expect a 2 inch black suited Batman with the Batwing and a grey suited Batman with the Batmobile. Finally there are the 6 inch with The Flash, Wonder Woman, The Joker, Superman and Batman.

Domo : Collectible figures are on the way! We know Team Mezco are awesomely geeky so expect something new and fun in the future. Visuals show a punk rocker, Monty Python-ish British gentleman and a luciadore. Keep an eye out for a bobblehead and wind-ups as well!

Earthworm Jim : 6 inch action figure on the way - Evildoers beware as Mezco brings the intergalactic hero Earthworm Jim to life as an articulated figure! Jim comes complete with a game accurate plasma blaster as well as his famous ultra-high-tech-indestructible-super-space-cyber-suit. The 6inch scale Earthworm Jim features 8 points of articulation. He comes complete not only with his plasma blaster, but with an alternate “bendy” unsuited worm body as well. Ships in july 2012. Mez is also dishing out a plush! Check out the pics HERE.
Little Big Planet : Series 4 Sackboy collectible figures are coming with some nice artistic designs, new facial expressions and characters including a cowboy, bunny, kung fu girl, cardboard robot and SATAN!!



Living Dead Dolls : You've seen Series 23, Hansel & Gretel, Rotten Sam & Sandy, Snow White & the Evil Stepmother, Chucky and a Universal Monsters Dracula. Now we get word of a bloody Toy Soldier and a second Universal Monster...FRANKENSTEIN!! You'll also see new mini figurines this year with Grace of the Grave, Schitzo, Damien, Walpurgis and Frozen Charlotte.

MARS ATTACKS!!! : Oh man...I love Mezco so much right now. The Mez will kick things off with an action figure of a standard Martian Soldier and a plush of the adorable little would be world conqueror. If these do well, I'm sure we'll see more so show your love with those pre-orders when the time comes!!





South Park : Not much new happening on this front. The license is practically an ever green, so Mez feels confident with keeping the 4 boys on the shelves and not take many further risks. There's the mini figure boxed set, the boys box set a Deluxe Talking Cartman and the one surprise..a Deluxe Talking Mr. Hankey..which seems to have been out before.




Spongebob Squarepants : Mezco takes a dip into the popular children's property with collectible figures including Mr. Krabs, Spogebob and Patrick for series 1 and a new Spongebob, Sandy and Squidward for series 2. Each figure features 7 pts of articulation. SpongeBob- Comes with display base, Krusty Krab hat, Krabby Patty, and spatula.
Patrick- SpongeBob’s best pal comes with a jellyfish, a jellyfishing net, and a display base.
Mr Krabbs- SpongeBob’s cranky boss comes complete with alternate $ eyes, a miniature secret recipe bottle, and a display base.
We'll also see a line of 4 inch figures and a Bobblehead Spongebob!

Thundercats : The Classic Mega Deluxe Scale Action Figure line continues with Mumm-Ra dropping soon and Panthro up next! Featuring 7 points of articulation this mega Panthro figure is superbly detailed, perfectly capturing not only the iconic look of Panthro as he appeared in the classic television series, but the essence of Panthro as he proudly wields his nunchucks in defense of his comrades. He comes complete with an alternate open-pose left hand and his signature chained fighting sticks.

Universal Monsters : Did you really think Mezco would get a dream license like Universal Monsters and JUST use it on Living Dead Dolls? Prepare for what appear to be stylized vinyl figures of the Creature from the Black Lagoon, The Mummy and Frankenstein as well as a Mega Deluxe Vinyl Frankenstein Figure! I...will start saving up for these NOW...and I want them all.

Zombie Creepy Cuddlers II : The cutest rotting squishables known to man are back with some new additions of a kitty, bunny and a dancing monkey!
