For collectors, Toys R Us, the last survivor of the brick and mortar toy retailer wars, continues to be a constant source of frustration. Sold out items, frequent price bumps and few discounts make most trips disappointing, and certainly don't encourage one to revisit often. TRU is looking to change that...
