Fright Fest Extreme Opens Friday the 13th at Six Flags

Six Flags Great Adventure Resort ramps up the scare factor with the all-new Fright Fest Extreme - presented by SNICKERS debuting on Friday the 13th. Weekends and select nights September 13 through November 3, guests can experience bone-chilling Halloween-themed attractions as new scares and classic shows take center stage at the World’s Ultimate Thrill Park. Guests who purchase a ticket to Fright Fest Extreme will step into a world where nightmarish creatures inspired by legendary horror brands come to life with Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures’ SAW franchise, Netflix’s Stranger Things and Army of the Dead, Warner Bros. Discovery’s The Conjuring, Annabelle and The Nun, Legendary Entertainment’s Trick ‘r Treat and Netflix & Legendary Entertainment’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022)

Mezco introduces a spine-tingling doll from the Warner Brothers film ‘The Nun’.

Standing at approximately 18 inches tall, The Nun doll might just be as scary as the film. Her bright, piercing eyes stare directly into your soul and she features a film-accurate habit complete with a tunic, cowl, and veil.

First introduced in The Conjuring 2, horror fans got a quick glimpse of The Nun in a haunting scene where demonologist, Lorraine Warren, is attacked by the spirit. This summer, The Nun stars in her own self-titled film exploring the unholy origin and dark secrets of her past further expanding the Conjuring’s Horrorverse.

NYCC 2012: Back into the Fray...with Geeks

It's the last day of New York Comic Con and as per usual, I am a little worse for wear, but there was hot water in the shower, a happy round Brit on my couch and Vodka still in my system, so all is right with the world. Those of you who are new to the site may have thought I took the weekend off, but if you've been watching the feed up top, I'd done my best to periodically dump some pics into Flickr to curb your fiendish dorkly appetites. Failing that, as was the case yesterday as I was locked in the interview rooms all day where you can't hope to get an upload signal, I switched over to Twitter whenever I could get a tenth of a bar on the cell.
