Art Baltazar Celebrates YAHGZ VOL 2: THE GWASH WAR

YAHGZ, Volume 2: The Gwash War is the second book from renowned creator Art Baltazar, the beloved cartoonist known for his work on The Eisner Award-winning "Itty Bitty Hellboy" and The New York Times bestselling "Tiny Titans" – as well as the acclaimed YAHGZ, Volume One: The Craynobi Tales which arrived in August 2023.

Skelton Crew Studio Serves Up Itty Bitty Hellboy

Skelton Crew Studio, a comic book replica studio based in the wilds of Maine, has teamed up with Art Baltazar to cook up a new limited edition itty bitty Hellboy mini-bust. Baltazar and Franco are behind the Eisner-winning “itty bitty Hellboy” comic, based on Mike Mignola’s iconic Hellboy, only cuter. This officially licensed collectible measures 3.75-inches tall and features itty bitty Hellboy standing, with his trademark smirk, giving a thumbs up, on a big stack of buttery, syrupy pancakes. It’s beautifully sculpted by Arlen Pelletier.

Skelton Crew Studio has been collaborating with Mike Mignola since 2012 when it launched the B.P.R.D. Artifact Archive Collection, but this is its first collaboration with “Aw Yeah! Comics”’ Art Baltazar. “It really captures Art’s style and the feel of ‘itty bitty’ — I couldn’t be happier,” said studio head Israel Skelton. “You can tell everyone in every step of the process really cared and really knocked it out of the park.”
