Marching Toward Marvel's Infinity War Merchandise **UPDATED 3/3
In slightly over 2 MONTHS, we'll be sitting in theaters across the globe, jaws agape at the spectacle of an endless stream of Marvel Cinematic Universe heroes battling it out against the mad titan Thanos and his children for the very fate of humankind. You see, Thanos is in love with Death...and I don't mean that figuratively. He's in love with the entity we call Death, and will go to great extremes to win her favor, so grinding a little blue planet under his boot heel would not take a second thought. With a full array of Infinity Gems affixed to a gauntlet, allowing him to wield all of their unmeasurable power at once, our planet and all of it's appointed heroes may not stand a chance. But this is the Marvel Universe...so there is always hope.
Today we will take a look at the incredible array of merchandise coming for Avengers: Infinity War (now available for order at Entertainment Earth!), which have been slipping out of those boxes street dated for March 3rd. LET'S JUMP RIGHT IN!!

A Closer Look at the Creatures of Krampus
The holidays have come and gone and we are ready to greet a new year with half a bazillion geek movie epics ready to take center stage and even more insane horror films lining up for your entertainment dollars. One quiet, creepy, funny little film called KRAMPUS hit theaters this month and grabbed the hearts of a crowd I didn't suspect were looking forward to the film...FAMILIES!! Massive, excellent surprise to me that people took their kids to the (other) feel good movie of the year.
Back in October, Dread Central and Universal sent me off to Pittsburgh, PA to a place called Scarehouse. Inside, my group of East Coast journalists were greeted with all manner of creeps and ghouls around every maze like corner before spilling into an amazingly artistic area that would make Edward Gorey grin from ear to ear (which incorporated elements of Trick R Treat!) and finally capping with a journey into the lore of the KRAMPUS!! Included in this journey was one room which featured monsters, imagery and prop weapons straight from the film. Since our views of these things were fast, shadowy and fleeting, we thought you might want a closer look. Enjoy!

SDCC 2014: 75 Years of Batman: A Massive Display of Costumes and Props at DC Comics

And so the doors to San Diego Comic-Con 2014 opened and the mob took to the floor and many a frightened, first time booth attendant no doubt pee'd himself. Hell, we hear some poor kid broke his jaw at Hasbro trying to get exclusives! Be careful out there people...they are only toys and if we don't look out for each other, who will? Over at the DC Comics booth, the celebration for 75 Years of Batman was in full swing with a MASSIVE display of Batman movie costumes and props from every installment possible. All that's missing from our picture gallery is the image of a super fan and his/her child standing before the cases with twin gaped mouths. Dive right in and feel free to shed a tear or two...we won't judge.

A Closer Look at The Amazing Spider-Man's Gear

The Amazing Spider-Man" is the story of Peter Parker (Garfield), an outcast high schooler who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben (Sheen) and Aunt May (Field). Like most teenagers, Peter is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. Peter is also finding his way with his first high school crush, Gwen Stacy (Stone), and together, they struggle with love, commitment, and secrets. As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents' disappearance - leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr. Curt Connors (Ifans), his father's former partner. As Spider-Man is set on a collision course with Connors' alter-ego, The Lizard, Peter will make life-altering choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero. The Amazing Spider-Man will open in theaters everywhere in 3D on July 3, 2012.

A Little LOST in New York

Just three days before the world-‐wide television phenomenon LOST wraps up its final season, the Vilcek Foundation will open for public view a premiere exhibition celebrating the international creative talent, both in front of and behind the camera, that have contributed to the unbridled success of this show during its six-‐year run.
The exhibit, presented in collaboration with the ABC Television Network and open for two weeks only at the Vilcek Foundation Gallery in New York City, will feature images and biographical profiles of immigrant and first-‐generation American members of the LOST cast and crew, working across all departments of the production team, from acting
and costume design, to editing and lighting.
“It is thrilling to highlight an aspect of this popular show that is so often overlooked by the public eye,” said Executive Director Rick Kinsel, speaking of the pivotal role played by the diverse members of LOST’s creative team.
“LOST provides an ideal forum for reminding us all that the work of immigrants touches our lives in myriad positive ways, every day, often without our knowing or realizing.”
LOST premiered in 2004 and quickly became a global phenomenon, airing in more than 228 territories across the globe. The show’s premise, about a flight from Sydney to Los Angeles that crash lands on a mysterious island in the Pacific, lent itself to boasting one of the most multicultural casts on television.
Among the stars participating in the exhibit are Jorge Garcia (“Hurley”), Yunjin Kim (“Sun”), Nestor Carbonell (“Richard”), Dominic Monaghan (“Charlie”), and Daniel Dae Kim (“Jin”).
The exhibit also includes crewmembers whose families hail from all parts of the globe – including the Philippines, Ireland, Tonga, South Africa, New Zealand, the U.K. and China.
The profiled individuals will also be set against a collection of popular props and figures from the set of the award-‐winning show. For the first time ever, fans in NYC will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of their favorite imagery from LOST’s mystical, mysterious time-‐travelling island.
