A First Look at FOX's New X-Files TV Series

Thirteen years after the original series run, the next mind-bending chapter of THE X-FILES is a thrilling, six-episode event series from creator/executive producer Chris Carter, with stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson re-inhabiting their roles as iconic FBI Agents FOX MULDER and DANA SCULLY. Mitch Pileggi also returns as FBI ASST. DIR. WALTER SKINNER, Mulder and Scully’s boss, who walks a fine line between loyalty to these investigators and accountability to his superiors. This marks the momentous return of the Emmy- and Golden Globe Award-winning pop culture phenomenon, which remains one of the longest-running sci-fi series in network television history.

NYCC 2015: Diamond Select Rolls Out Gotham, X-Files and More

Gotham, The X-Files, Back to the Future, Mass Effect, Batman: The Animated Series, Justice League, and of course Marvel will all have new items on display at NYCC 2015, plus more breaking items to be announced! All of the following items are available to pre-order through your local comic shop or favorite online retailer (or diamondselecttoys.com), with release dates in spring of 2016. Funko's Alien Invasion: X-Files and Lilo & Stitch Arrive

Is it true? Did we really go 2 weeks without talking about FUNKO and their army of really, ridiculously adorable plastics? Insane. The stresses of the holidays must be getting to me..or maybe..THEY JUST MAKE TOO MANY TOYS TO KEEP UP WITH!! Maybe a lil of both. This week, Funko drops word of their tiny, adorable alien invasion including one property clearly meant to melt your heart and another with legions of fans who haven't been serviced in a crazy long time.

IDW's Wondercon Announcements: A "Wormwood" Animated Series, Star Trek, Silent Hill, Transformers & More

At this year’s Wonder Con in Anaheim, IDW unleashed an impressive array of announcements, bolstering its lineup through the fall of 2014 and beyond. Brand-new titles, miniseries featuring fan-favorite characters, new Artist’s Editions, new television deals, and a first-of-its-kind exclusive creator deal rounded out the action-packed weekend.

IDW has secured the amazing talents of Locke & Key co-creator Gabriel Rodriguez by signing him to an exclusive deal. His work has appeared in IDW comics since the very beginning, and will continue to do so exclusively, with his next project being the hotly anticipated Little Nemo: Return to Slumberland with Eisner Award-winning writer, Eric Shanower.
