I believe the saying goes "It's the deep breath before the plunge"...so it's all the more fitting the Season 8 episode opener starring new Doctor Peter Capaldi is titled "Deep Breath".

When the Doctor arrives in Victorian London, he finds a dinosaur rampant in the Thames and a spate of deadly spontaneous combustions.
