Mondo is fairly new to the collectibles game, having made a name for themselves in the collector world with fantastic art prints from our favorite films. The Room Returns to U.S. Cinemas for One-Night Event January 10

Referred to as "the ‘Citizen Kane’ of bad movies," “The Room” is receiving a remarkable resurgence due to the popularity of James Franco’s “The Disaster Artist.” Movie buffs across the nation will have the opportunity to see auteur Tommy Wiseau’s opus on the big screen when “Tommy Wiseau’s ‘The Room’” comes to U.S. movie theaters on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. local time. In addition to the full-length feature, moviegoers will enjoy a special look at the new “Best F(r)iends” trailer, starring Wiseau and Greg Sestero.

The Dark Crystal Returning to Theaters This February!

Marvel to Launch New Animation Franchise "Marvel Rising"

Marvel Entertainment announced today, “Marvel Rising,” a brand-new, multi-platform animation franchise starring the next generation of Marvel heroes set to launch in 2018. The program will launch with six, four-minute digital shorts that spotlight Spider-Gwen with her new secret moniker, Ghost-Spider, and introduce audiences to the world of “Marvel Rising.” Following the shorts, a feature-length animated film, “Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors” will premiere later that year. Distribution partners for the content to be announced at a later date.

The content features an all-star line-up of voice talent including Dove Cameron, Chloe Bennet, Tyler Posey, BooBoo Stewart, Kathreen Khavari, Milana Vayntrub, Cierra Ramirez, Kamil McFadden, Skai Jackson, Kim Raver, Ming-Na Wen, Steven Weber, and Dee Bradley Baker among others. Let's talk about a movie NO ONE give me a heads up about. The first Paddington Bear movie dropped onto Netflix with little fanfare and no one in my social media feeds losing their mind, so when I came across the title by accident, it was a complete mystery. Upon watching, I was very happy to find overwhelming charm, beautiful cinematography and an irresistibly sweet story (I would have said unBEARably, but we aren't those people.) Now...knowing what I know, I'm full on pumped for a movie that should really be something 4 year olds bug their mom to see on a Saturday afternoon. I'm owning it.

Boggy Creek Monster & The Mothman of Point Pleasant on VOD Now

Terror Films, in association with documentary filmmaker Seth Breedlove, is widening the platform availability of two creature myth documentaries. The documentaries are titled: BOGGY CREEK MONSTER and THE MOTHMAN OF POINT PLEASANT. Both films will begin their release expansion on Tuesday, November 21st.

BOGGY CREEK MONSTER documents the legend of the Fouke Monster - a creature first reported on in the early 1970's in Fouke, Arkansas. There are allegations that this Bigfoot type creature attacked a local family and then destroyed livestock. Later many more sightings were reported and a legend was born!

THE MOTHMAN OF POINT PLEASANT deals with a different monster that was originally sighted near Point Pleasant, West Virginia. In 1966, multiple townspeople reported seeing "a large flying man with ten-foot wings whose eyes glowed red." Legend claims that the Mothman is responsible for the 1967 collapse of the Silver Bridge that killed 46 people. It still roams somewhere to this day.

SPLATOON Manga Series Debuts This December

VIZ Media, LLC (VIZ Media), a premier company in the fields of publishing, animation distribution, and global entertainment licensing, expands its catalog of manga titles based on popular Nintendo video game properties with the launch of Splatoon on December 12th.

If you are anything like me, you noted the unified art style for those Disney Infinity figures was very appealing. I wondered if they might translate them into 6 inch vinyl figures in the near future. I WAS VERY CLOSE!

Marvel's Morbius The Living Vampire Movie In Development at Sony

The future of our beloved New York wall crawling hero on the big screen is always a tumultuous one. Just when we've breathed a sigh of relief in Marvel Studios bringing Spider-Man back into their loving embrace, we note his conspicuous absence in the opening Marvel art on every MCU movie. Though Sony's own Spider-verse plans have been jumping around just like a spider can, they've, at the very least, shown a great deal of forward momentum in trying new things in the hopes they will strike gold, and win the hearts of old school comic collectors AND MCU film freaks all at once. Most recently, we've been getting little bits on their progress with a Venom film starring Tom Hardy and a Silver Sable/ Black Cat film (which will most definitely NOT be titled "Precariously Placed Zippers"). Nickelodeon Announces Voice Cast of Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Series

Nickelodeon today announced the voice cast of its all-new series, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a reimagining that follows the band of brothers as they encounter new allies and villains and discover a mystical world they never knew existed beneath the streets of New York City. The 2D-animated series stars the voice talent of Omar Miller (Ballers) as Raphael, Ben Schwartz (Parks and Recreation) as Leonardo, Josh Brener (Silicon Valley) as Donatello, Brandon Mychal Smith (You’re The Worst) as Michelangelo and Kat Graham (The Vampire Diaries) as April O’Neil. The series is set to debut in 2018 on Nickelodeon.

Mattel's Disney/Pixar Coco Toys Hit Retail

Just ahead of the film's November 22nd release date (though it's out in Mexico this weekend!), stores are just starting to see Mattel's toy lines for Disney/Pixar's Coco!
