Spider-Man Hitting Toy Shelves Across the Spider-Verse!

Across the Spider-Verse will see the return of Miles Morales and Spider-Gwen as they battle baddies and make contact with multiple Spider-Folks across the Multiverse. Shenanigans ABOUND!! If you are wondering why merchandise for this film is dropping now, it's pretty simple. The original release date was October 7th, 2022, making NOW the 2-month-til-release mark (when we usually get toys for the big movie releases). Then, when the movie drops, we generally get a second wave that includes characters that were under wraps. Across the Spider-Verse was shifted to a painful June 2, 2023 release date, with part 2 releasing March 29th, 2024. Regardless of these new facts, the toy lines were already in production and so...here's Spidey! 

Marvel Rising: Chasing Ghosts Premieres Jan. 16th on YouTube

Did you catch the Marvel Rising animated movie last year? Loads of Marvel fanatics sure did..and the unanimous outcry from those fans and the ones who gushed over "Into the Spider-Verse" was heard loud and clear. WE NEED MORE MERCH!! Seriously. You make hoodies of Tippy-Toe; Squirrel Girl's companion, for little girls, but not in adult sizes? And they make Spider-Gwen (or Ghost-Spider as they seem to be calling her now) hoodies for grown women and not kids?? FIX THIS!! Anyway..I digress...

The wait for new Marvel Rising content is almost over! Marvel announced today that the brand-new 22-minute animated special Marvel Rising: Chasing Ghosts will premiere on Wednesday, January 16 at 4:00PM PT on the Marvel HQ YouTube channel. Marvel Rising: Chasing Ghosts will also be available on DisneyNOW as of Friday, February 1st.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is shaping up to be the MUST SEE animated event for Marvel fans world wide this holiday season. The first glimpses and trailer showed us the film was rendered with an excellent eye for style wrapped around fantastic animation and a story packed with heart. The NEW trailer shows us we'll have plenty to laugh at while our geek coffers are filled to overflowing with Spider-verse characters we've come to love joining the fight for justice...

Marvel to Launch New Animation Franchise "Marvel Rising"

Marvel Entertainment announced today, “Marvel Rising,” a brand-new, multi-platform animation franchise starring the next generation of Marvel heroes set to launch in 2018. The program will launch with six, four-minute digital shorts that spotlight Spider-Gwen with her new secret moniker, Ghost-Spider, and introduce audiences to the world of “Marvel Rising.” Following the shorts, a feature-length animated film, “Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors” will premiere later that year. Distribution partners for the content to be announced at a later date.

The content features an all-star line-up of voice talent including Dove Cameron, Chloe Bennet, Tyler Posey, BooBoo Stewart, Kathreen Khavari, Milana Vayntrub, Cierra Ramirez, Kamil McFadden, Skai Jackson, Kim Raver, Ming-Na Wen, Steven Weber, and Dee Bradley Baker among others. Future stories and content are also being developed across Marvel’s digital and publishing platforms and will be announced at a later date.
