NYCC 2019: The Baddest Birch In Town

I WILL NOT APOLOGIZE FOR THAT TITLE!! We are one week away from the greatest show in the city that already doesn't sleep. NEW YORK COMIC CON!! The lineup for NYCC this year seems remarkably horror-heavy and i'm here for it, so expect a lot of updates on programming that will be extra creepy. Speaking of which, get ready to meet THE BIRCH!! Nope..this is not an Image Comics retro 1990's character. Here's what we know so far...

The lives of three teenagers intersect around the presence of a blood-thirsty monster lurking in the woods, the Birch. Sworn to protect the vulnerable wherever she is summoned, the Birch demands a dangerous toll for her services. Our heroes grapple with the grim realities of making her acquaintance - both as friend and foe.

The Birch stars Midori Francis (Good Boys, Ocean’s Eight, Gotham), Xaria Dotson (American Vandal), and Dempsey Bryk (Black Mirror, The Silence). The series is produced by Crypt TV.
