Toy Fair 2018: The Playstation Totaku Collection

Sometimes, when the rest of the world packs it in and puts all their merchandise on 1 dollar clearance, you gotta say IT'S TIME TO LAUCH!!! It's our time...like the Goonies...and Goonies never say DIE!! Today, Playstation are our favorite Goonies, teaming up with Think Geek for their own line of Gamestop exclusive, interactive video game figures, much like the Skylanders that came before them. Utilizing Sony's rich catalog of iconic video game characters, the Totaku Collection looks to outlast the pack, much like the steadfast Nintendo Amiibo.

We got our first look at this video game teleporting figure line at the Think Geek booth in the upper levels of UK Toy Fair. You'll note the figure packaging states these are "First Edition" figures, perhaps as a gimmick for initial release? No telling if the shipments following will have any discernible differences until they drop.
 

First Series Totaku Collection figures include: Bloodborne's Hunter, Crash Bandicoot, God of War's Kratos, Parappa the Rapper, Wipeout's Feisar FX350 Ship, Tekken's Heihachi, and Little Big Planet's Sackboy.

Release date: March 23, 2018

You'll also note there's a "Norse God Edition" to the God Of War Kratos figure. We did our best to provide pics of the individual figures so you can compare the two and try to spot any physical difference.

Series 2... i'm going to need a little help with names because i'm a Twitch watching, non-video game playing trash boy. It's not that I don't love the video games, I just don't have time to play them AND do everything I need to do to pay the rent, dig? Support me when I make the jump to streaming and i'll be all about the games!! At any rate, I can definitely make out Jin Kazama from Tekken, Kratos' son Atreus from God of War and Sonic the Hedgehog. Hop into the comments and help me with the names of kitty warrior and skeleton dude!

Thanks to XviMcJ, we now know that the "kitty warrior" is the main charecter of Ni No kuni II and her name is Evan.
