SDCC 2018: MEGO Reveals First Wave of Figures

Mego Corporation is revealing its first wave of Mego action figures, which will be available exclusively at Target this August. Fans visiting San Diego Comic-Con this past weekend were greeted by Marty Abrams and Joe Namath. Marty was on hand to unveil the first wave of figures, and give Comic-Con guests a unique opportunity to purchase a limited number of the new action figures before they launch at Target. All items were signed by Marty Abrams and Joe Namath.

Target Revives Marty Abrams MEGO Figure Lines

Mego Corporation is proud to announce the return of the ground-breaking action figure toy line, Marty Abrams presents MEGO, which will be available exclusively at Target! The first wave will include characters from hit properties like Star Trek, DC Comics and I Dream of Jeannie. Each will have a unique serial number and be produced in a limited run of 10,000.

“This has been 30 years in the making and I’m excited to give my loyal fans and their kids something new and amazing to play with,” said Martin Abrams, Co-Founder and CEO of Mego Corporation. “We wanted to recreate a line that provides that nostalgic feeling of seeing a display of action figures they had as a child, and to share that with their own children.”

Target Launches Star Wars "Share the Force" Memory Collection

In anticipation of “Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens,” Target has announced the launch of “Share the Force” (ShareTheForce.Target.com), the first digital collection of Star Wars memories.  The collection, which will include celebrity fans Minka Kelly, Chris Hardwick and Bobby Moynihan, will go on to be archived at Lucasfilm – becoming an everlasting example of how we’re all connected by the force.  Until now, no one has attempted to collect and capture memories from the 147 million Star Wars fans throughout the world, and Target is introducing a unique program to unite these generations of fans in a way that only Target can do.

Target's Exclusive Iron Man 2 Blu-ray

September 28th. My birthday. Also the drop date for IRON MAN 2!!!! So far it seems Target has the niftiest edition with the 3 disk Blu-ray set encased in metal, limited to 30k pieces and individually numbered! The cover features lenticular art (aka that plastic that makes the scratching noise when you scratch at it and looks all 3D when you turn it to the side) and inside you'll find Tony Stark's Hall of Armor.
