Netflix's Haunted Hotel from the Creators of Rick & Morty

A single mother of two struggles to run a haunted hotel with the help of her estranged brother, who is now one of the ghosts haunting the hotel and thinks the other ghosts have some pretty good ideas. 

Titmouse will serve as the studio with Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio and Ben Kalina also acting as Executive Producers.

Cryptozoic Bringing Games from Rick and Morty, DC Comics & More to Gencon 2018

Cryptozoic Entertainment, leading creator of board games, trading cards, and physical and digital collectibles, today announced that it will showcase current and upcoming games at Gen Con, August 2-5 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.

At Booth #601, Cryptozoic will demo and sell limited pre-release quantities of several of its highly anticipated upcoming games, including Rick and Morty: The Pickle Rick Game, Pantone: The Game, DC Spyfall, DC Deck-Building Game: Crisis Expansion Pack 4, and Epic Spell Wars of the Battle Wizards: Panic at the Pleasure Palace. In addition, it will sell Million Dollars, But… The Game before its release in partnership with Rooster Teeth on August 8. The company will feature many of its recent releases as well, such as Rick and Morty: The Ricks Must Be Crazy Multiverse Game and Wallet. Toy Fair 2018: Funko Gets Animated: Rick and Morty, Sailor Moon, Disney & More

As we combed through the very hefty stack of Funko toy pictures yet to be edited, the question came up. What big license was yet to be consumed and transformed into Funko product? Since we were in UK Toy Fair mode, I suggested Aardman, creators of  Wallace and Gromit, Chicken Run, Shaun the Sheep and more. Coming up with a second one was tough. Funko have already revealed official art for upcoming waves of pops and mini figures, but we were lucky enough to spend some time in their loving embrace, awash in the glow of geeky goodness from all sides. It was warm and shiny. Let's kick off this look at Funko's 2018 product with the items based on animated licenses...

Toy Fair 2017: McFarlane Construction Takes on Rick and Morty, South Park & Steven Universe

We're roaring along with Toy fair 2017 coverage and as we begin weaving in and out of the big shows, we are joined by more and more toy hunters collecting information and delivering images that will blow the top of your toy loving head off. Today, the hunter is M@ Hawkins and the prize is McFarlane's Construction Set lineup!

One observation before we dive into the eye candy; McFarlane launched their construction line with the notion that more detailed mini figures and accessories are what the construction toy aisle was lacking and approached their Walking Dead and Game of Thrones lines with that thinking. The Five Nights at Freddy's sets employed a more classic mini figure body, most likely in keeping with the style of the characters they are based on from the video game. As we move into 2017 product, it seems the more classic mini figure body is catching on, at least when cartoon characters are the focus. Only time will tell if McFarlane will continue using the more detailed, unposable mini figures for their sets based on human characters as they move forward.

Rick & Morty: The Complete Second Season Reviewed... and CONTEST!!

Good Lord. Adult Swim has always swung wildly between "this show is insane, I can't stop laughing" to "this show is insane...my eyes are bleeding..wait..no, everything is bleeding." Rick and Morty is one of those shows where, after you are done laughing uncontrollably..like a hysterical person.. you sit there and ponder what level genius you need to be to come up with the situations, dialogue and visuals they create. If you're like me, this process involves shaking your fist at the sky in envy. Where the first season was noteworthy and certainly talked about far and wide, the second season was transcendent of its often overlooked medium. An episode goes from odd to wildly amusing to heart rippingly dramatic in seconds...AND THAT WAS THE FIRST EPISODE!! Point of fact, the first episode of season two entitled "A Rickle in Time" is so brilliant, it nearly challenges the viewer to watch it over and over just to take it all in. Could I gush any further? I think not.

Rick and Morty Renewed for Third Season!

Adult Swim has announced that they are ordering more intergalactic adventures with the season three pickup of the original hit animated comedy series, Rick and Morty. New episodes of the series air Sundays at 11:30 p.m. ET/PT.

The series’ season two premiere on Sunday, July 26, ranked #1 in its time period among all key adults and men and charted triple-digit delivery gains over its prior season premiere (P18-24 +154%, P18-34 +117%, P18-49 +121%). The television audience continued to grow in the series’ second week, charting week-over-week gains of up to 27% among all key demos. The season two premiere of Rick and Morty fueled Adult Swim’s video streams in July’15, with an overall total of 29.7M streams, up +12% month-to-month. SDCC 2015: Adult Swim and J!NX to Debut Rick and Morty Plush

Ever wondered what it would be like to have a Mr. Meeseeks of your very own? Well, thanks to Adult Swim and J!NX, Rick and Morty fans everywhere will soon be yelling “CAAAAAAANNN DOOO!” The two companies unveiled today the first product from its line of plush based on the animated series from creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon.

The product line will debut with a limited-edition 10” Mr. Meeseeks plush – who’s foaming at the mouth and missing half an arm – that will debut this July at Comic-Con International and will be available at the UCC booth for $14.99.

There have been many "couch gags" over the endless years The Simpsons have been on TV. How many? Ohhh...at least 56. At least. That's a lot. This Sunday, worlds collide as the stars of Adult Swim's Rick and Morty take a wrong turn down a happy, brightly colored street in Springfield.

Adult Swim and FOX announced today that characters from the original animated series Rick and Morty from Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland will be making an appearance in the Season Finale of FOX’s award-winning animated hit comedy The Simpsons. Taking over the famous Simpsons “Couch Gag”, Rick and Morty will bring their multi-dimensional insanity to the home of iconic characters Marge, Homer, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. The Season Finale episode will air May 17 (8:00-8:30 pm ET/PT) on FOX.
