Transformers: The Last Knight Teaser Trailer Goes Live

Who's ready for BAYSPLOSIONS??!! The next installment in the epic Transformers movie franchise is set to hit screens June 23, 2017..which will be here...practically tomorrow, so that means we have to start fast tracking loads of bombastic TEASER TRAILERS!!! This first one is cryptic and fairly intriguing with a voice over by Sir Anthony Hopkins, making the whole thing deja vu inducing and awesome all at once. SO CONFLICTED!!

It should be equal parts goofy, thoughtful, heartfelt and action packed with insane visuals seemingly dreamed up by rabid 12 year olds and monsters who talk....FUCKING EVERYWHERE!! That's all we need. Please and thank you. And the Bay looked down from his secret spy satellite with the giant laser array always pointed at Canada and said..Hmm....K. ....AND THEN HE JUST MIGHT HAVE GONE AND DONE IT. Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2014 Movie Figures Arrive

In a little more than three weeks, Michael Bay's vision of a New York City that giant, mutated ass kicking turtles call home will come to the big screens...like it or not! Playmates, the uber masters of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toys, take to the pegs once more to bring these film characterizations to life in the shiniest of plastics. In the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film, the character designs push individuality as we've never seen before. You'll note Raphael is stockier than Leonardo, and Donatello is taller than the lot. Thankfully, Playmates have reflected these significant differences in physique with some great sculpts packed with detail. Exploring each figure, you'll find buckles and straps and wrappings and skin texture and a host of other little surprises we haven't been used to finding in a basic figure line lately.

I'd like to be a fly on the wall during the meeting where some enterprising studio executive convinced the creators of the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie that a modern turtle team displayed best in 3D....with lips. I can just hear the argument..."Without lips, these are just creatures...less expressive..less human..less caring. Lips give a creature the capacity to love and smile sincerely...and suck on things!" ....You can see we'll be poking fun at this right up to the movie's release. I know you realize this. Since the announcement of the Bay-tacular Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2014 film, we've been told they are aliens..and then not. They've got beaks..and then not. It would star Megan Fox as April O'Neil....and then it did, and a lot of you threw a tantrum usually reserved for Hasbro not making the Marvel Legends they had promised. Now, after half a dozen leaks, and half a dozen more which we will call "leaks", we have seen the turtles and are for the most part, satisfied that their visage won't anger us and murder our childhood...so it's TIME FOR A TEASER!!!

RIGHT! So some time back, we had an excellent tipster email in with a full report on the look of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters from the new film. Unfortunately, this news came a little early for the licensors, and so we took the info down. Flash forward to today! We've been to the Playmates Toys booth at New York Toy Fair 2014, we were officially lead into an official room where official figures were shown by official looking people, one of which made awesome hand motions toward the toys in a showroom model fashion as the first person described the lines, and after getting a thumbs up from the crew...WE CAN NOW, OFFICIALLY DESCRIBE THE DAMN TURTLES!!

STARZ today revealed the official key art and two teaser videos for the highly anticipated Michael Bay executive produced high-seas drama “Black Sails,” which will premiere in January 2014.

The pirate adventure centers on the tales of Captain Flint (Toby Stephens) and his men and takes place twenty years prior to Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic “Treasure Island.” Flint, the most brilliant and most feared pirate captain of his day, takes on a fast-talking young addition to his crew who goes by the name John Silver (Luke Arnold). Threatened with extinction on all sides, they fight for the survival of New Providence Island, the most notorious criminal haven of its day – a debauched paradise teeming with pirates, prostitutes, thieves and fortune seekers, a place defined by both its enlightened ideals and its stunning brutality.
